Veneer Dryer Machine
The veneer dryer works by having the heating fan located on one side of the upper part of the drying chamber, which pushes air towards the radiator installed on the opposite side. The heated air is then directed into the spray boxes located at the lower part of the drying chamber. The hot air is evenly distributed through the spray holes on the surface of the spray boxes, where it acts on the veneer surface being held by rollers, drying the wet veneer. The humid hot air is then drawn back into the fan, forming a heat cycle. Some of the humid air is discharged into the atmosphere through the moisture exhaust pipeline. Fresh air is introduced into the chamber through the gaps in the dryer, maintaining the appropriate humidity level inside the drying chamber.
