Breathing hot press dryer is a kind of high-efficiency equipment combining hot press molding and intermittent breathing drying technology, which is mainly used for the integrated processing of materials with high moisture content and need to be shaped and dried.
Different from the traditional hot pressing + drying distribution process, the breathing hot pressing dryer is characterized by the synchronous completion of hot pressing + breathing drying, i.e., the moisture is discharged through cyclic air exchange at the same time of pressurized heating, which significantly shortens the time of the traditional step-by-step process and saves more than 50% of the time. And using waste heat absorption and breathing energy saving, energy consumption can be reduced by 30%-40%, and the internal stress of the product is small and uniform density. Single equipment integration, no need for independent hot press and drying room, saving space.
