When one plant dries both core and face veneer, the mesh-roller combined dryer removes the need for two machines. The design mixes one mesh deck with two roller decks (model HG193/3000A), so thick core veneer rides the rollers while thin sections ride the mesh in a single 3000mm-wide line. Output reaches about 3 m3/h with line speeds up to 25 m/min, and the machine keeps the same energy-saving jet box design as our dedicated dryers. It is the most flexible choice for plants that peel mixed veneer thicknesses and want one compact drying station.
