Plywood Lay Up Line
The Automatic Plywood Lay-up Line offers a highly automated, efficient, and cost-effective solution for producing high-quality plywood with minimal glue waste and maximum production speed. Its advanced systems work together to streamline the entire lay-up process, from veneer feeding to final stacking.
1. Gluing method-Liquid Extruder Gluing This system uses liquid extrusion technology for gluing, which provides precise control over the amount of glue applied per square meter. Compared to traditional methods such as spraying or brushing, liquid extrusion ensures better bonding quality and reduces glue waste. 2. Automatic Adsorption Feeding The automatic adsorption feeding system ensures that veneers are precisely positioned and held in place before entering the production line. This eliminates the risk of misplacement during manual handling and ensures smooth, uninterrupted feeding into the process. 3. Automatic Feeding In The Set Order For Lay-Up The system feeds veneers in a pre-set order, ensuring precise and smooth alignment of the layers. This not only speeds up the process but also ensures the final product has consistent quality and stability, with every layer laid out in the correct sequence.
4. Smart Picking System The smart picking system automatically identifies and grabs the veneers, feeding them into the production line with high accuracy. This reduces the need for manual intervention, increases the pace of production, and ensures consistency throughout the process. 5. Automatic Alignment During the lay-up process, the system continuously aligns each veneer layer automatically, ensuring that each layer is perfectly aligned. This precise alignment is crucial for the final product quality, eliminating any issues that could arise from misalignment. 6. One-Sided Liquid Extrusion Gluing To Reduce Glue Consumption The one-sided liquid extrusion gluing method applies glue only to one side of the veneer, reducing overall glue consumption while still ensuring strong bonding. This technology results in lower glue usage compared to conventional methods, which can help reduce production costs. 7. Minimum Glue Consumption Of 120g/M² The system is designed to use glue efficiently, applying as little as 120 grams of glue per square meter of veneer. This low glue consumption minimizes waste and helps optimize material costs without compromising the quality of the bonding.
8. Evenly Applied Glue Regardless Of Thickness Tolerance The gluing system ensures that glue is applied evenly across the entire surface of each veneer, regardless of any thickness variations. This consistency in gluing helps maintain a uniform quality of the final product, ensuring high bonding strength and stability. 9. High Capacity The line is capable of processing up to 9,000 veneers per 8-hour work shift (manual stacking). For even greater efficiency, automatic stacking can be integrated as an optional feature, reducing labor and increasing throughput.
