Presses Hydrauliques à Chaud pour Contreplaqué
Presses hydrauliques à chaud de 300 à 1200 tonnes, conception multi-étages 4x8 pieds avec automate Siemens PLC. Chauffage vapeur ou fluide thermique.
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Multi-Daylight Plywood Hot Press Systems
The hot press is where glued veneer stacks are consolidated under precise heat and hydraulic pressure to cure thermosetting resin adhesives and form high-strength plywood boards.
Our hydraulic hot presses range from 300 Tons to 1200 Tons with 10 to 35 daylight openings. Every press is built with solid 42mm high-tensile Q345B steel platens, synchronized rack-and-pinion platen closing mechanisms, and multi-stage programmable Siemens PLC pressure curves. Automated infeed loading racks and outfeed unloader stackers minimize pressing cycle dead-time.

❓ Presses Hydrauliques à Chaud pour Contreplaqué FAQs
Q:What tonnage hot press is recommended for standard 4x8 ft plywood?
A 600-ton press with 2700x1370mm platens is the global benchmark (~16 kg/cm² specific pressure). For structural LVL, heavy film faced panels, or fast-cycle plants, 800T to 1000T is recommended.
Q:What platen thickness and steel grade does Hanvy use?
We use solid 42mm thick Q345B high-strength steel platens with precision deep-hole drilled internal heating circuits for uniform temperature distribution.
