The hot press is where glued veneer stacks are consolidated under precise heat and hydraulic pressure to cure thermosetting resin adhesives and form high-strength plywood boards.
Our hydraulic hot presses range from 300 Tons to 1200 Tons with 10 to 35 daylight openings. Every press is built with solid 42mm high-tensile Q345B steel platens, synchronized rack-and-pinion platen closing mechanisms, and multi-stage programmable Siemens PLC pressure curves. Automated infeed loading racks and outfeed unloader stackers minimize pressing cycle dead-time.
