Mesh Type Veneer Dryer

Instead of nip rollers, a stainless wire mesh belt carries the delicate sheets through the heating zones, which dramatically reduces breakage and surface marks on face veneer. The continuous drying process suits plants peeling fine face back veneer for furniture and film faced plywood. Section count, mesh width and temperature zones are customized to your output, and the dryer can be matched with automatic feeding and moisture sorting equipment for a hands-off drying station.
