The fully automatic veneer drying line takes every manual step out of the drying station. An automatic vacuum feeder loads veneer into the dryer continuously; PLC-controlled temperature zones dry sheets to 10%±2% final moisture; downstream moisture analyzers and quality cameras grade and sort each sheet into different bins automatically. The result: consistent glue-ready veneer with only one or two operators supervising, and energy consumption cut by up to 25% through optimized jet box airflow and heat recovery.
