Breathing Hot Press Veneer Dryer
Small plywood plants and start-ups rarely need a 30-meter continuous dryer line - the breathing hot press veneer dryer was built for exactly this scale. It combines pressing and drying in one cycle: heated platens contact the veneer stack while a breathing action releases steam, so veneer comes out dry AND flat, with no curl. The machine runs on steam or thermal oil, needs far less building length than a conveyor dryer, and its simple hydraulic structure keeps investment and maintenance cost low. For plants under about 20 m3/day it is the most economical way to get consistent drying quality.
