VENEER ROLLER DRYING LINE HDR4-7-6200

This line is main machine for plywood production, it's used for peeled veneer drying.

1. Pre-Load Transfer
Constituted of 3 lines of flat chains for high load. Mounted in profiles of steel, extra heavy structure. Driven with chain, axis, bearing and motor reducer. It has a top support for orientation of piles alignment by the forklift.

2. Lift Table with Chain Conveyor
Pantographical hydraulic elevator for feeding the dryer with the veneer package. The operator commands it by a pedal to maintain the constant level feeding. 2 tables work on same time when veneer is long grain. One table only for short grain.
Hydraulic driven with a gear pump and a complete hydraulic unit.

3. Dryer Loader
System with driven rollers and two rubber covered press-rollers to push the sheets towards the entrance of the dryer. A servo positioning device alternates the 4 tracks to carry automatically according to the veneers length and to the speed of the dryer.
