Plywood pre-press machine is primarily used to firmly bond the plywood through pressure action. To operate, the glued plywood is first neatly placed on the table of the pre-press. Then the machine is started and the pressure system begins to work, generating a strong and uniform pressure on the plywood by means of a hydraulic or mechanical device. This pressure is maintained for a period of time, allowing the glue between the plywood to cure sufficiently at room temperature so that the plywood can be tightly bonded together. Once curing is complete, the pressure is released and the pressed plywood can be removed from the table.
