It was made up of automatic items that are incorporated in to a single system. Starting with the plywood veneer, our line includes a veneer peeling device. This machine can very quickly and accurately peel cylindrical wooden logs according to the required veneer thickness. The peeling device is safe to use, guarantees precision, and can produce sheets of veneer with constant quality.
The next step in the procedure is the veneer drying process after the veneer peeling. Our vacuum cleaner veneer dryer uses hot air technology to dry the wet veneer effectively. It provides consistent temperature to the chamber, ensuring the veneer is evenly dried. The drying process is important since to assist in removing any excess dampness from the veneer. The dryer also can dry different veneer, making it versatile for different manufacturing requirements.
When the veneer has been dried out, the next step is gluing. Our complete automatic glue can spread glue within a specified set range with accurate glue spreading. It keeps the glue quality smooth and easy to make use of. The glue spreader was designed to attenuate the possibility of any glue wastage, thus maximizing your investment while giving you quality output.
