Roller Type Veneer Dryer

The roller type veneer dryer is the standard solution for drying 1-3mm core veneer at high throughput. Veneer sheets travel between heated roller decks while hot air jet boxes dry both surfaces evenly, so boards come out flat and crack-free. Choose 2, 3 or 4 decks and 5-15 heating sections to match your capacity: a 4-deck configuration reaches about 4 m3/h drying output at 0-15 m/min line speed. Steam or thermal oil heating, large-area radiators and a unique jet box design keep moisture even across the sheet while cutting energy use by up to 25%. Optional automatic feeder, moisture detection and sorting integrate the dryer into a fully automatic line.
